I had an appointment set up for the 02/26/2018 @ 9:30am for service and some issues to be checked. When I picked up my car, Ed explained what they did and I went to the check out desk to grab the paperworks and then my car. While I was driving back home, I noticed that the tag hadn't been changed (the one that indicates at which mileage you have to do your next service). At night, when driving back home from work, a message popped up saying that the oil had to be changed. I checked on the computer the oil and it was only at 8% remaining. The next morning, I rushed to the shop and saw Ed and asked him if the shop didn't forget to do the service. He answered me that they did the check up but they apparently forgot to do the service. I was disappointed to have to lose time again to come to the shop and on top of that, I had to pay the whole bill. I was expecting a nice gesture for the inconvenient.
