I had some problems with my car that was out of the normal dealership knowledge. I read on the internet that Fairway has a performance division. I call to make a appointment and came down met Sam and Manny. Wow thouse two guys were excellent. Sam knows his stuff and helped me out. I was stuck and they looked after me so well. Fairway Chevrolet should be listed as a historical landmark. The original owner of this dealership was the current owner, Greg Heinrich's father, Bill Heinrich. I remember seeing TV commercials of the father promoting both his fabulous dealership a the kidney foundation. When I bought my 2002 Limited Edition Monte Carlo SS, I had the honor of meeting Mr. Greg Heinrich in-person, a fine gentleman just like his dad. Mr. Heinrich has two of the most qualified, knowledgeable, a professional people working at Fairway Chevrolet: Mr. Alan Fulks, the Service Manager a Mr. Mark Brickman, the Fleet Service Advisor. When I bring my car in for repairs, the problem is promptly resolved. I have never had to return for a second time for the initial problem. I bought my car brand new a I have nearly 150,000 miles on it. I fully trust Mr. Fulks a Mr. Brickman with the service. I don't know what I'd do without these two fine professionals. Mr. Fulks is always available to assist a customer in distress and he has helped me many times while I was 100+ miles out-of-town when I needed car assistance via a telephone call to his office. Mr. Fulks runs the most organized operation I have ever seen in a dealership Service Dept. and anyone can see the great respect everyone has for him. Mr. Mark Brickman is also readily available to help a customer in distress a this is an extremely important factor. Mr. Brickman has an outstanding knowledge of the mechanics of the Chevrolet automobile that would have made Mr. Louis Chevrolet, the co-founder of Chevrolet Motor Car Co. proud. Mr. Louis Chevrolet was himself a genius mechanic a racer and Mr. Mark Brickman not only has that same expert knowledge but an outstanding ability to diagnose a problem in the same manner as a doctor would for his patient.
